The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) closed higher the last session of this week, and the value of transactions was 113.108 million RON (22.106 million euros).
The main index of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, BET, which includes the 20 most traded companies listed on the Regulated Market, appreciated by 0.97%, up to 16,483.58 points, and BET-Plus, which shows the evolution of the 43 most liquid shares on the Exchange, closed with a gain of 0.88%.
The BET-XT blue-chip index, the 25 most liquid stocks, rose 0.84%, while the SIF index, BET-FI, rose 0.18%.
The BET-BK index, the benchmark for investment fund performance, rose 0.63, while the BET-NG index, which tracks the performance of ten energy and utility companies, closed up 1.05%.
The BET AeRO index, which includes 20 representative companies on the AeRO market, closed down 1.11%.
The most liquid stocks were those of Banca Transilvania, with transactions of 47.297 million RON, followed by BRD – Groupe Societe Generale shares, with 12.378 million RON, and OMV Petrom, with 12.124 million RON.
The best developments were recorded by Artego shares (+9.76%), Promateris (+8.02%) and SIF Hoteluri (+6.96%).
On the other hand, the most significant decreases were recorded by Green Tech International shares (-14.40%), Carbochim (-11.82%) and Vrancart (-7%).
